Once a month, on Monday evenings, the U.NICE.ON collective takes over artistic direction of the cellar. Jazz, funk, soul — open to all levels, from self-taught to professional.
Concerts & themed evenings
Flamenco, drag show, stand-up, music blind test — the programme rotates so every visit is different. Some evenings feature artists from the Nice or regional music scene.
DJ sets & dance nights
As the evening progresses, the cellar transforms. Electro, house, R&B — the stage gives way to the dancefloor, and the vaulted cellar naturally amplifies collective energy.
Groups & private events: hire the cellar
The Les Folies d'Edmonde cellar can be privately hired for groups of 30 to 50 people. Bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, birthdays, team nights out — with the stage, sound and signature cocktails part of the package.
Cocktails & dining on concert nights
On live music nights, the signature cocktail menu accompanies every set. The André (French chestnut whisky, bourbon, orange juice) and La Ginette (mezcal, tequila, mango, verbena) are particularly suited to extended listening. To dine, partner restaurants OKA Nice, Fish Bar 2.0 and Etna Rosso come and serve you directly at your table in the cellar — you settle the bill with the restaurant.
