Les Folies d'Edmonde is a Nice cocktail bar that opened in May 2022 at 16 rue Benoît Bunico — a ten-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais and five from place Masséna. The menu runs to four house signatures (Edmonde, Marie-Madelaine, Rosie, Germaine), the classics you'd expect from a cocktail bar (French 75, Boulevardier, Espresso Martini) and a mocktail family built as real cocktails, not flavoured sodas.

Rue Benoît Bunico is a small, semi-pedestrian alley, less busy than cours Saleya even in July and August. Inside, the cellar seats around thirty — which is why booking is useful from Thursday onwards and recommended at weekends. The live program is refreshed every two weeks and rotates between jam sessions, hosted karaoke, drag shows and live bands.
