At Les Folies d'Edmonde, we don't believe in bachelorette parties planned down to the minute, or in humiliating bachelor parties. Your group comes down into our 17th-century vaulted cellar, orders shots made with the care of a cocktail, and joins the life of an Old Nice bar. Karaoke, DJ, drag show or live music, depending on the evening's program: your guests mix with the other customers, the room warms up on its own, and the guest of honor ends up on stage sooner or later.
Bachelorette party in Nice — the night the bride will tell stories about for years
A bachelorette party in the heart of Old Nice, with no ready-made package and no decorations ordered online. The cellar at Les Folies offers its vaulted ceiling and an open stage, and welcomes your own vendors: flower crowns, glitter makeup, a photographer. And the bride-to-be ends up, inevitably, at the mic or on the dance floor.

A bachelor party unlike the others. Two possibilities: a reserved table in the bar, which stays open to other customers, or a private hire, of the cellar alone or the whole venue. It works the same way for a bachelor or a bachelorette party.
Reserved table
A table in your name in the bar, without a private hire: the venue stays open to other customers, and the evening's program is yours too. No fee: everyone pays for what they order. Book online for up to 20 people.
Cellar private hire
The vaulted cellar just for your group, on a minimum spend: €1,200 Tuesday to Thursday and Sunday, €1,500 on Friday, Saturday and Monday. No rental fee — the minimum is paid by the organiser before the evening.
Whole-venue private hire
The ground-floor bar and the cellar to yourselves, on a €2,000 minimum spend. A program made to measure (karaoke, drag show, DJ, live music on quote), with the bar and the stage at your disposal. The venue closes at 1am, or 3am with the late-closing option (€400).
Everything is ready: you arrive, we take care of the rest
No logistics to plan: the cellar, the cocktails and the team are waiting for you. The group arrives, and the guest of honor is served first.
Dinner and the evening, without changing venues
Les Folies d'Edmonde has no kitchen, but the neighbouring restaurants — OKA Nice, Fish Bar 2.0 and Etna Rosso — deliver to the cellar every day; you pay the restaurant for the meal. If you hire the venue, you may also bring your own food at no charge.

Reply within 24 hours. Booking is recommended at least 24 hours ahead, and ideally 2-3 weeks ahead for a Saturday night or a private hire.

Do we have to privatise the whole bar for a bachelor or bachelorette party?
No. At Les Folies d'Edmonde, part of the charm lies precisely in mixing with the other guests: for up to 20 people, a reserved table in the bar is enough, and everyone pays for what they order. For a larger group, or to have the place to yourselves, you can book the cellar privately, or even the whole venue. Reply within 24 hours.
Do you impose dares or a dress code on the bride-to-be or groom-to-be?
No, never. It's your evening, and you set the tone: no humiliating dares, no required outfit. Want to prepare a few surprises? That's up to you. Otherwise, the cellar and the program are enough to carry the evening.
How many guests can the cellar fit?
The vaulted cellar at Les Folies d'Edmonde seats 35 and holds up to 50 guests on a private hire. For up to 20 people, book a table online: the bar stays open to other customers. Beyond that, or to have the place to yourselves, you book the cellar or the whole venue privately.
Which night should we book for our bachelor or bachelorette party?
Friday and Saturday have the fullest program. A karaoke night also suits a bachelor or bachelorette party very well: the dates are on the events calendar. For a private hire, the night is your choice: the program adapts to the format you pick.
How much does a bachelor or bachelorette party cost?
At Les Folies d'Edmonde, a reserved table comes with no access fee: everyone pays for what they order (€13-15 for a house creation, €10 for a mocktail). A private hire works on a minimum spend: for the cellar, €1,200 Tuesday to Thursday and Sunday, €1,500 on Friday, Saturday and Monday; €2,000 for the whole venue. Can we bring in our own vendors?
Yes. A makeup workshop, a photographer, a host or a giant Werewolves game: your vendors are welcome; just let us know in advance so we can arrange the space. For cocktails, no need for a vendor: our 5pm cocktail workshop takes 3 to 10 people.
Can we combine dinner and the night out at Les Folies?
Yes: we have no kitchen, but the neighbouring restaurants OKA Nice, Fish Bar 2.0 and Etna Rosso deliver to the cellar every day. If you hire the venue, you may also bring your own food at no charge — just mention it in your request.
