At Les Folies d'Edmonde, nothing is paid upfront and there is no per-person package: everyone pays for what they order (house creations €13-15, classics €13-14, mocktails €10). A private hire comes with a minimum spend: €1,200 Tuesday to Thursday and Sunday, €1,500 on Friday, Saturday and Monday, €2,000 for the whole venue. Activities are quoted separately.
Yes, and it's even recommended when the cellar is booked privately: for example a cocktail workshop (1.5h) then music trivia (1h), or a drag show (45 min) followed by a DJ. Each activity is quoted separately, and we draw up the run sheet together.
We have no kitchen and don't serve food, but the neighboring restaurants (OKA Nice, Fish Bar 2.0, Etna Rosso) deliver to the cellar every day. With a private hire, you may also bring your own dishes, at no charge. We arrange it all with you.
You receive a detailed invoice with recoverable VAT; payment is by bank transfer or card, and the balance is settled on the night or at 30 days, as agreed. For a private hire, the quote states the minimum spend to reach: if it isn't reached, the difference is invoiced.
Booking is recommended at least 24 hours ahead for a table of up to 20. For a private hire with an activity, allow 3 to 4 weeks. An evening can sometimes come together faster, depending on availability.
