1 gin cocktail, 1 signature cocktail from our menu, and 1 alcohol-free cocktail using non-alcoholic liqueurs (Lyre's, Ceder's, Gimber) — for those who aren't drinking tonight.
Flavour balance
Acid/sweet and bitter/aromatic ratios, ice dilution, garnish that changes everything — the foundations to recreate cocktails at home.

Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel or modify my booking?
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the workshop (full refund). Between 48h and 24h: credit valid for 3 months on another slot. Less than 24h or no-show: non-refundable, though we can reschedule in case of justified emergency (illness with proof).
Is there an alcohol-free cocktail for non-drinkers?
Yes — one of the 3 creations uses non-alcoholic liqueurs (Lyre's, Ceder's, Gimber) that mirror traditional spirits. The result is complex, aromatic, and as sophisticated as the two other cocktails. Let us know at booking if several participants don't drink and we'll adapt.
What languages is the workshop available in?
The workshop is hosted in French or English only — no other languages are available. Please specify your preference at booking. Our bartenders adapt to the dominant language of your group.
I have an allergy or intolerance — can you accommodate it?
Please mention it at booking (dedicated field): food allergies, pregnancy, gluten/dairy intolerance. We'll adapt recipes or substitute ingredients at no extra cost.
Can we stay after 6pm?
Absolutely — the bar opens normally at 6pm for the apéritif and evening service. You can stay on with our full cocktail menu, and even enjoy the evening's programming (karaoke, drag show, jam session depending on the day).
