Data controller

Les Folies d'Edmonde acts as the data controller for information submitted through this website in order to handle messages, bookings, and private hire requests.

For any privacy-related request, you can use the form available on the Contact page.

Data collected

The information processed depends on the form or website service you choose to use.

• Contact form: first name, last name, email, phone number, and message.
• Small-group booking form: first name, last name, email, phone number, group size, preferred date, preferred time, and optional message.
• Group / private hire inquiry form: first name, last name, organization, email, phone number, event type, guest count, date, time, budget, and optional message.
• Useful context data such as website language, originating page, cookie consent choices, and limited browsing data if audience measurement is accepted.

When you send a request, we also record the page through which you arrived on the site, any campaign parameters (UTM) carried by that link and the site that referred you to us (Google, Instagram…), so we know which channels bring requests. This information contains neither your name nor any advertising identifier: we only note that a sponsored link was used, never its identifier. It is kept in your browser, for 30 days at most, only if you accepted statistics cookies; otherwise it is not remembered beyond the current page.

How data is used and which providers are involved

This information is used to reply to messages, organize bookings, follow up on requests, and protect the forms against spam.

When required to run the website, Les Folies d'Edmonde relies on the following services:

• Netlify for website hosting and serverless functions.
• Resend for delivering messages sent through the website forms.
• Cookiebot for cookie consent management.
• Google Analytics and Google Maps when these services are displayed or allowed under your consent choices.
• Brevo (Sendinblue, a French company based in Paris) to manage the newsletter: storage of your email, language, signup source, and sending the welcome email and the recurring program. Data hosted in the European Union.

Retention and security

Submitted information is kept for the time needed to process the request, handle operational follow-up, and, where applicable, comply with legal obligations.

Les Folies d'Edmonde does not sell personal data collected through the website. Access to the information is limited to the people and service providers who need it to operate the services described above.

Your rights

Under GDPR and applicable French law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection in relation to your personal data, depending on the circumstances.

You may also withdraw consent for non-essential cookies at any time and, if needed, lodge a complaint with the CNIL.

• Request access to the personal data concerning you.
• Ask for inaccurate or incomplete information to be corrected.
• Request deletion when there is no longer a legitimate reason to keep the data.
